Architecture & Stack Choice

Svelte is used to power the high-speed data tables and dashboard views. The backend is written in Node.js with Express.js to process high-concurrency ledger computations securely. PostgreSQL keeps records of all tenant ledgers, and Cloudflare R2 serves uploaded lease documents and payment receipts instantly. All deployments are hosted on Vercel and secure Ubuntu instances.
